It all depends on what you consider "centrist". The DNC is in a desperate search for the elusive center right this very moment. However, there are some issues that most CAN agree upon. Defunding police is one of those issues, for example. The illegal migration is another. On healthcare Trump moved the Republicans to the left, on trade to the right. One of the main reasons Biden won was the promise of return to the reasonable and civilized middle. Well, that didn't work out.
