There are issues of money and personal safety for both provider and client.
If the provider charges a premium to suck your cock raw over prophylactic barrier protected, then money may be reduced in some transactions. The SPs are usually cool for the most part though.
However, the condom would provide a greater degree of protection against std transmission for both parties.
