Octo Mom Nadya Suleman is without a publicist -- again.

Victor Munoz tells Usmagazine.com that he quit as Suleman's rep Friday night.

"It just got to be too much," he says. "It's pretty much a free for all over there right now. They are freaking out right now.

"Not to sound arrogant, but those people depended on me for everything," he continues. "You have no idea what I’ve had to do for these people.

"Nadya got real greedy. This woman is nuts," he adds. "This I can say: what ultimately destroyed the business arrangement was personal reasons."

'Dr. Phil' has been making the TV circuit Talk Shows pretty much painting 'Octomom' as a clueless flake.

And the point of this is????

Yes, Nadya Suleman seemingly has made some poor choices, or at least not choices I would advise someone to make. But having made them - what do we - realisticly and within the bounds of Family Law - do to help these children?

remove the children and give them to infertile couples who want to adopt
And what had I already posted "realisticly and within the bounds of Family Law." Do you believe your proposal above is likely to prevail at trial?

yes she is mentally unstable and an unfit mother
I will be shocked if your view prevails. There is no evidence that she is an unfit mother. As to being mentally unstable is she a threat to the children? - if not good luck with that idea.

Further it is a priority of the Family Courts (in general and California in particular) to maintain family unity. I doubt you have any idea how hard it is to terminate parental rights (this is not the same as custody following divorce).

Well in the 'old days' Octomom would go on welfare.
But since the 'Family Values Party' (GOP) eliminated welfare things are done differently now.

Octo was living with her mum who babysat the other six kiddies. Mum is frazzled and at her wits ends saying she wants no part of sittin' the 14. Plus since Mum's house is in foreclosure and will be thrown out if it in about a month it looks like Octo will have her 14 taken away and scattered into the new & improved system those fine Family Values folks have created for her.
It's their version of 'Brave New World'.....

Personally I feel that arsehole doc who made this all happen should foot a good chunk of her child support care/expenses....

After hearing mom on several programs, you can tell she's not all there, some mental issues for sure. I agree, those doctors are completely irresponsible in their profession and should be kicked out of the profession.

I worry for those kids having a mom with no job and not looking for one, and probably can't due to her commitment to raise her children, soon no roof over their heads, grandparents who are incapable to provide sufficient help,.....

The future looks bleak if no one comes along to help out, the children need to be taken care of, won't be surprised if they are taken away and given up for adoption.

I entrely agree with your first and largely with your second paragraphs, althhough I read that her father was purchasing a house for her.

As to your third paragrah, as I wrote above the standards for terminating parental rights are quite high: poverty, marching to the beat of a different drummer etc. . . are almost never enough.

You know it is fools like that doctor who force governments to step in an impose regulations. It is so pathetic when people abandon all common sense.

Aardvark, i understand what you are saying, but that partially makes the system wrong.

The fact that she has not job, no money, no place to live, cannnot or does not seem capable of providing for her self and her 6 children should be enough proof that she is a threat to her children. When she goes out, spends all of her money to have 8 children, should be proof enough that she is a threat to her children.

I realize its difficult for we in North America to grasp these concepts. It makes me wonder how long we are going to survive if we allow shit like this to happen...

There is nothing realistic about this situation. Drastic times calls for drastic measures.

I realize that we have to do something to help the children, but we also have to do something to stop this type of abuse of children.

Indeed I agree with you about this.
