Or maybe he does. I'm always surprised when some habitual traffic offenders seemingly receive unlimited tolerance by the law, while others receive very little.... I don't know if someone's being paid off, or the whole system is just wonky, but it's a head-scratcher.
That is crazy, but what do you expect. People have their own problems, they get on the road, take it out on others. Plus we don't know what transpired there, at least I don't -so I'm not condoning it.
