Technically this actually happened under Harper's watch but even then he doesn't really deserve the credit for it. It's a perception built over time. Still, you should probably let Justin actually get into power and do something before you start licking his balls. And please don't get me wrong, I'm not pro-Harper by any means, I'm just anti-stupid.
