There is only one MAJOR problem with this for the newbies here - no where is the name of that agency mentioned in the thread that you link. Now I have been around for a while and know of who you refer but there are a lot of new people on the board who may innocently post something about them and find the post deleted and not know why. I think you should at least put the name of the agency in the link you posted.

okay, now i remember all that BS and fighting (and death threats and so on) way back when and the official TERB stance at the time was that the agency in question demanded that their ladies and company not be reviewed on TERB and as such that was the stated prime reason for the ban. the secondary unspoken reason was that TERB administration just hated the owner of said agency but that's neither here nor there.

now that there is a new owner, i don't see the purpose for continuing the ban unless the new owner asked for it (damn unlikely) or somebody is holding an extremely irrational grudge. personally i think this is a perfect time to test the waters anew and try to mend fences. of course if it falls into flames once again, then you reassert the ban but why would TERB want to be petty and vindictive like the G-board is?

. I wish we could all get along and there are other resources for Niagara now but it would be awesome if somehow this were settled and we could all move on.

Especially considering they have one of the biggest stables in the falls. I'm sure there is a treasure or two that should be promoted.

Curious about one thing...

I'm afraid the level of dislike between the former owners and TERB and some of its' mods makes the Hatfields and McCoys look like Romeo and Juliet.

Are they totally and permananently out of the business or what? Many things have been said in the past that turned out to be fully or partially untrue.
