Probably a stupid question given that men check out women regardless of relationship status...but this chick was eyeing me on the GO for almost a month making some serious eye contact. So i get talking to her and find out she has a bf??? wtf??? lol...so is this common for women to send some strong signals even though they're not single????

I've seen it many times, I think at times some ladies want some fun on the side, no strings though as they are attached. That's been my experience, never did a scientific study though to prove it.

When I was younger I would chase a woman attached or not and I found that they enjoyed the chase.
They often want to see what ur made of.
So if u like this girl and u are comfortable with her having a S/O then continue speaking with her and really get to know her.
Bring her a coffee, find out her interests and bring her a book on the subject, buy her a flower, etc.
Get to know her for a week or two and then ask for a coffee/lunch date with no pressure.
Even if she says no she may mean yes.
One girl I asked out about ten times before she said yes and she rocked my world that night. Later she confided that she was watching my reactions to being turned down. If I blew her off then she would have concluded I was not worth her time. I however kept things light and fun and eventaully she said yes.

Keep in mind though...this is HER BEST MOMENT....
she will slowly change that tune...having run ins with co workers...getting edgier....her hair starting to show strain....the underarm deordorant will wear off.....5 oclock comes......shes back on the train "IM SO TIRED"
