Is it just me complaining? (I do alot of that) or do most sps really not provide much service at all??? Are we all supposed to be desperate and lonely and therefor will accept lousy service? Why is it is so hard to find a girl who takes what she does seriously and learn something about the art of love??? Do all providers think that "gfe" is anything special??? Most guys are looking for a professional and wind up with what they already have...or can get for free...
If Im gonna give up a days wages to get my rocks off it would be nice to be "looked after" (maybe even learn something new) rather than dealing with the kinds of stories we read about here...I just don't get it....my girlfriend/wife provides me with these same standard services...why can't I find a professional to take things to the next level??? What is it Im paying for????

Some married couples simply fall apart. Maybe the woman got fat, or lost interest in sex, or became a bitch. Maybe the guy got fat, causing his wife to resent him, so the love just ain't there any more. The divorce rate is over 50%, so it shouldn't surprise anyone that people stray.

Let's stick with the whole point of Pesterer's first post.

I absolutely, 100% agree with him! It seems that 90% of the providers believe that they deserve $200 just for opening the door.

In fact he is so right about his assertion, that the smart people created this website so that we can attempt to navigate through the crap and get to the diamonds in the rough!

In the past few years it seems that the number of providers have increased dramatically, but yet the only ones that are dependable are the ones we all know of on here and that have been in the business for a while.

And that trend is what really sucks!

the majority of the guys on here are involved with someone and what gives you the right to say what is wrong or right? Who are you the pope? You don't know other peoples circumstances and should keep your opinions to yourself. Then again, opinions are like assholes, everybody has one.

We have come back to the basic economic point that has been made on this board for years.

First, market forces determine prices and service. The problem here is that, clearly, many of you guys frequent bad sps and pay them what they want. Otherwise they would be out of business or would lower their prices. The thing to do is, hang on for it, DON'T GO TO THEM. I essentially terminated my hobbying here years ago for this exact reason. I will not patronize these girls for what they offer and what they charge. It is just too offensive.

Second, people learn how to treat you 'cause you teach them. If they can get away with poor service and still get the $$$, can't blame them can we? You have to blame yourself. Worse, have you not noticed? Many of the girls are now charging even more $$$$$. Even the luv sisters have upped the rate to $300/hr. Yes they are better than the typical fair here in Ottawa but you should not have to pay that for standard GFE service.

They are playing you for fools because, well, if the shoe fits......

Notice travelling sps who charge X$ in other cities. Then they come to Ottawa and all of a sudden their rate goes up at least $75-100. I wonder why?

I went to a MP little while back. Don't usually do this but, whatever. She was very basic and was only going to give standard release. Wanted $60 on top of the door fee. Skill testing question: do you think I gave it to her?? NO. She accepted what I offered and that was that. Some of you have complained that she asks for too much. Well, you have choices.

Go to Montreal and you will get good to outstanding GFE service for well under $200/hr. Good luck.

I think your premise that some people keep giving business to these sub-par providers is true - but it is likely people who DO NOT frequent this website. Instead, it is likely people who get sucked in by a sexy ad somewhere else on the net.

I guess my point is that you are probably correct in your assertion that dummies keep going to the useless providers, but I don't think you are correct when you say "Many of you guys frequent bad SPs", cuz the folks on this board are better informed.

I have found for the most part if you are only trying the hot young ones, they have little talent... More mature women late 20's early 30'd know what they are doing... I have had too many disaapointments from young hotties who have no idea how to properly handle a man...

Like most things out there you will find high priced lemons and you will find cheap gems.

this board is really good at sorting out the good from the bad.

My experience has shown me that for every 1 excellent session that you get MP or SP, you have to cope with 4 to 5 mediocre sessions and a couple horrible sessions. Now that is assuming you are playing the field the whole time.

I like to find a good group with the help of this board and a little trial and error, and rotate things as much as possible. Doesn't always work as everyone has a bad day, but it does pay off the most in the long run cash wise. It has been a while since I felt that I was being totally ripped off each and every time I went out.

I have had very good experiences with SP's. I never use an agency (always Indies) and do research on TERB and other web sites.

My wife approves of my girlfriend.

My mistake for bringing up wives/girlfriends.... If I had one, I would hope to be taken care of...My friend says his Costa Rican girlfriend won't let him leave the house without giving her a load...she get's angry if he wants to go without...lol
Im pretty sure that if all wives/gfs were this way then many sps would fall on hard times...Unless they were professional enough to lure in customers with special talents...

Back to the post....It seems like NO Ottawa sps offer anything approaching a professional encounter. I've had a few OK times but nothing to remember....

I haven't "tried" all available here in O-town but try to balance what I like visually from their sites, etc...with what's written online here and a few of the other sites. I know there are 3 or 4 I saw on E-C that I was gearing up to check out until I saw the utterly horrible reviews and "stay away" notices...thankfully...

Speaking of that ratio good to bad...just had my bad one for this month...

I agree of course on the glowing recommendation of Lili Love for "professional" level service and then some...however to the point of this thread, she's visiting from Montreal and not based in Ottawa so not quite the same thing as the locals as per Pesterer's original point.

Jamesronnie, dameworth, and falconhawk are right. The board helps.

The problem is that this board is not well-known enough, so those who just check the papers and B&S websites get taken in, and too often they put up with it--enough to raise or maintain the absurd price level for everyone.

I found the board by sheer luck a few hours before i was ready to go a known B&S operation. Being a newbie and a nervous guy, i probably would have paid and put up with bad service, perpetuating the vicious circle...

I'd like to see the board ask for a donation to put a prominent monthly ad in Now or Eye (or whatever Ottawa's equivalent is) in the escort section, right next to the B&S ads, advising people to check out the board first. I would pay, say, $25 or more a year. I'm sure others would too. It might save us all money in the long run and maintain or raise service levels.
