I don’t know who you are referring to, but I know some SPs have NRPs to avoid clients expecting a specific menu of acroynyms.
If you write a stellar detailed review that I got a, b, c and d and the SP was really into e clients will show up expecting that exact scenario. Worse, they will show up expecting a+, b+, ….
If the SP provides scripted menu service no problem.
If the SP provides service based on the specific interaction with each client, reviews can be a problem.
