No response from HPL

Thought I'd ask here -- I'm trying to make an appointment at HPL but my calls aren't being answered and no text back. I wonder if it's because I have a US number (live there now unfortunately).

Tried messaging them on terb, but no response either. Any idea how I can book an appointment? Really want to see Ruby before heading back.

9am is appointment confirmations time… you need to be aware about how crazy busy ALL agencies are around that time

HPL is very good at customer service… we just have to be mindful of the little details

I've called + texted a few times yesterday and today. No response. Has anyone been able to get through with a US/international number?

Is it a text app number? Or a proper AT&T or other registered phone company number? Is it a VOIP number? Could be more than just a US number issue.

However I will say I don’t even accept out of province numbers anymore. Ontario register phone company number only.

Are you a new client to HPL? Maybe your number isn't on their file.

Never ever in last 10 years I ever had problems with text or call with Hpl , they make sure to post if there is a problem , best bookers operated by very professional staff and management!!.. Only reason could be new customer with text app number lol
