Why didn't anybody think of this before? Bulldoze the tents. Allow the homeless to keep one small bag of possessions and move them into motels. No jobs. No prospects. No problem.

Homelessness is more prevalent on the West Coast for some reason.....climate? duh. LA mayor should have watched this before her genius idea. Mark Laita said that probably only 4 people he interviewed ever straightened themselves out. Out of thousands of interviews. And then they may lapse after years of recovery.

It’s actually a decent plan. It’s will help get some people back on their feet. And the ones beyond help… well, the politicians then have have to come up with phases 2, 3, and 4 for them.
