This incident reminds us of the dangers of this hobby. And, a powerful reason why I do not visit SPs in private homes or apartments(not saying all private residences are not safe, definitely the SPs that are not established should be avoided in private residences)..too many potential to confront pimps, robberies, thugs, etc. Play safe guys, and always trust your guts.
I hope common sense prevails sooner rather than later on C36. The second victim is very likely too scared of C36 to come forward. He has been made a victim already and C36 is likely going to victimize him again. They (the criminals) likely were encouraged to do what they did because they never expected that their victims will file a report to the police or come forward fearing C36. This C36 is not making the trade safer for anyone. When those idiots who put it in place in 2014 are going to realize this?. It is not safer for the sex workers or clients of sex workers and at the same time it gives a way out to criminals like pimps claiming to be security guards, drivers and accountants.
Based on released statistics some 708 arrests have been made related to C36 in 2016 an 11% increases compare to 2015 (to those who think C36 is not being enforced think again). I do believe that non-consensual sex (paid or not) must be severely punished but this C36 does not differentiate between consenting and other types of paid sex. We need Finnish laws. I am not saying what I say out of self interest as I do not engage in seeing SPs with or without C36 but what I believe is wrong (C36).

When I read that, it did not give any details of any kind. How do you know this as a fact? I was trying to find out as how many were those obtaining sexual services for consideration and how many arrested for procuring or benefiting from those service. I was hoping to see a majority for latter. No such detail at all. You appear to be stating it in much greater detail as what KIND of obtaining sexual services for consideration has been involved and at what percentage!!!!. How?
