Stockholm, Sweden -- It wasn't the news that people tuned in to see. It was a porn movie.
Sweden's state broadcaster SVT mistakenly showed a skin flick in the background of a news broadcast over the weekend. Viewers of a five-minute news update could see explicit scenes from a Czech porn movie on a TV screen behind the news anchor.
The monitor in question normally shows other news channels during broadcasts. But the news director says staffers who had earlier watched a sports event on a cable channel that often shows X-rated films after midnight had forgotten to switch it back. He says the situation is "highly embarrassing and unfortunate."
No viewers have complained. But Swedish tabloids have been having a field day.
too funny
