I believe if the hickey has been made it is to late to get rid of it.
Perhaps cover up will conceal it. If the hickey is to much of an embarrassment have a freind drill a baseball at it to create a much larger bruise and therefore concealing it even better.

i went to Ft. Lauderdale once for spring break and my buddy was dating this girl. The first day we got there he took off his shirt and revealed a HUGE hickey in the shape of her initials....too friggin funny. He was branded! didnt stop him though...dirty bastard!
