Actually, I think it is smart. Unlike Spitzer he wasn't a hypocrite. The problem for Spitzer was his holier than thou attitude and his rise to power by prosecuting high profile escorts, and rich successful people.

He basically got elected by conservatives. He totally alienated the electoral base that put him in office.

Incidentally, that is what the Bush impeachment crowd doesn't get. Bush has remained faithful to his base throughout his Presidency. He has done nothing to alienate conservatives or the religious nuts. In fact he has consistently supported them. That is the reason he is not going to be impeached, and his Presidency is soon to end as well.

The public seems to be more understanding when 2 people like "fell in love" than when its for the $$$.

That affair was 6-7 years ago too, not just last month-the day before Valentine's day :eek:

FYI..he has limited sight out of 1 eye. Claims he can see a little up close.

Most bind people can "see" when its dark or light outside, some even have fussy vision--they are still called blind. Its does varies, some are more blind then others.
