New MP In “Gatineau”

Saw this ad for what seems like a very high end MP in Gatineau and curiosity got the best of me.

When I saw the 450 area code I though it must be a cel as that exchange is for outside Montreal. Turns out with the help of Google maps it is way up in Saint Hippolyte, Quebec, practically in the middle of nowhere, about 45 minutes north of Montreal. How this place is surviving up there is beyond me or maybe it’s worth the drive. Anyway, nowhere near Gatineau.
