Spa owner indicted after two clients contract HIV from vampire facials
Maria Ramos de Ruiz, 59, the former owner of VIP Beauty Salon and Spa in Albuquerque, was indicted on 24 felony charges on Wednesday, according to the New Mexico Attorney General.
