Well I don’t post much on here but as everyone is doing their part and keeping everyone informed I thought I’d share the details of my recent visit to a place called “Giant Panda Spa”. This place advertises on kijiji here https://www.kijiji.ca/v-massage/ottawa/giant-panda-spa-opening-at-nov-7-2025/1728279071.
They are located on Bank street at street level right under the spa on the 2nd floor of 256 Bank. (Giant Panda is 254).
First off the place is ok looking. Looks like it is still under some renos but I’ve been to worse.
Second (red flag) was the girl at the front counter was the girl who use to (or still does?) work at 8 Spa who is not the greatest masseuse but as she is behind the counter I was ok with that.
Third, the lady that did eventually give me a massage was 50+. Her massage was a middle of the road massage, nothing I’d come back for. She did offer release which was pretty good and she was extremely pleasant with me. There were no clothes that came off of her and no touching although I didn’t ask.
In summary, I would not repeat
Still haven’t found my pie in the sky massage/spa that does great massages and offers extras if need be. Dream spa is close as well as Vivan. My search goes on….

she is around 35 she years ago worked at different spas her service and price is no different than any of the spa ladies
