But, by all means - keep on bashing rednecks and "Jesus freaks". That seems to be working really well for everyone.

You still don't get it do you? You lost because of your poorer candidate and most Americans disagree with you.

For some reason, an American who happens to be religious is deemed unworthy of his American rights by you and yours. Hardly diverse, surely mean-spirited, certainly divisive and it lacks any healing quality.

A little advice - stop belittling "rednecks" and the religious right - or expect a lot more Presidents like Bush coming down the road. Attack Bush, not those who support him.
(BTW, you imply that the values of the evangelicals are just as valid as yours - you'd better make up your mind.)
