new laptops keyboard flipping to alt-gr mode is making me cry

Google failed.

I got a Samsung 550p - great laptop except for some reason every now and again I seem to be hit some weird key combination and going from my normal keyboard mode to getting the orange symbols as if you pressed Alt Gr

As a side note Alt Gr does nothing

Once in this 'mode' I cannot get out of it until I close the application I was in - so it is actually application specific not keyboard specific

Its driving me crazy

im sure you can disable it and make it act like a normal alt key

easy fix


1. close all apps running
2. go to options
3. turnoff all network connections
4. remove battery
5. go to store and buy blackberry
