slow times for you ? not much to do ?
Who me? Nah - coffee time. I got a date later, so day of work.

Plus I type fast. What can I say?

What about you? You don't work? Why are you here at 10am on a Tuesday? Or does it matter? No, it doesn't.

It's okay. You guys can have your thread back. I feel I got what I wanted out of it.

Ciao

Let's go through it again then shall we?

Racism is the belief in the superiority of one race over another, which often results in discrimination and prejudice towards people based on their race or ethnicity.

So what does that mean? I bet to you it only means the latter part of the sentence. However, in reality, it means the beginning part of the sentence and the latter part is the result.

Now let's look at discrimination

the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people or things, especially on the grounds of race, age, or sex.

So while one and the other go hand in hand, discrimination - which is what the act of No Blacks in an ad is - can be for other reasons outside of racism. Racism is based on the belief of superiority. Discrimination is often the result.

So now that we have gotten that out of the way. And we recognize a woman's right to choose whom she is sexual with, we are automatically granted a certain annuity in regards to discrimination within a business setting.

Why? Because if it were 100% legal to buy and sell sex, and you took this case through to the highest court to sue on the basis of discrimination, she would still win. According to the the Human Rights Charter and the Criminal Code regarding sex, her right to choose for her body will trump your right to fuck her. Even for cash. I have already said that just because ads are posted in public does not mean she is available to the public.

Now having said that, and getting back to the point. Is it racist? We actually don't know, so with our laws of innocent until proven guilty, we say no. Is it discrimination? Yes. It that allowed in this industry? Yes.

I openly discriminate against men under the age of 30. I discriminate against women. Almost every escort you see discriminates in some way or another.

I rest my case in this matter. You are free to believe what you want. I am free to disagree.

PS - have a look at some of the Asian places. They are often Asian only, or white only.

What if you run a legal business? Can you think of one legit store front that would be allowed to hang a sign that claimed "No black people" I get your reasons, but it is racist.

But back to the Lady, I’ve seen the ad, she looks nice. But cbj.
And it says incall. $200hr sounds cheap for downtown Toronto condo.

How about daty or dato? Or does she consider that unsafe?
I think I contacted her once and passed, I don’t remember, must have found another.

Again, I have already answered. Racist is one thing, discrimination is another. Saying "no blacks" is discrimination. Your assumption is the reason is racist. That is your right to your opinion. I have already stated that if this business was sold out of a storefront, there could legally be a sign that says no blacks. Because no court is going to tell a woman, she has to take a dick she doesn't want to.

I would suggest for anyone wanting to discuss the issue of racism vs discrimination and this industry, to start another thread. I shouldn't have gone so far with it myself in this thread. That was my bad. I am happy to debate the points, but not in a review.

Yes - please get back to the lady. For those that have an issue with her policies, move on to someone else.

I agree with Jessica Rain on this one.

I am definitely of the opinion that people can have dating and/or sexual preferences that limit themselves to only one race without being a "racist." A woman I dated several years ago was of Jamaican parentage. Guess what? She would only date white guys -- that was her preference -- she wasn't being racist against people of her fellow race, she just had a preference. There are white women who will only date black men -- are they being racist against their fellow whites? Nope. They just have a preference.

I will add that I have seen ads from black female providers that clearly state: "Sorry, no black men", and these women are also not racist for reasons that should be obvious.
