Thought this needed it's own thread......
I was at the new Escape Spa on Friday. Saw Maddison (all was good on that front as usual) but I'll review the place itself. Behind the Dennys on Woodlawn. I could still smell the paint and they were installing outdoor security cameras when I was there. Very clean. Parking is minimal but you can easily park in the back of the rather large and usually empty Dennys lot and just go through the little stand of trees. No sign yet just a piece of paper on the front door. No showers in rooms due to Guelph By-Law but each room has a dedicated shower across the hallway.. Very, very, very sturdy tables. I'm told the website is an ongoing organism - schedules, attendants, etc coming soon. Meanwhile they are using LL. Hours limited right now to only M-F 10am-5pm, no nights or weekends yet. Right now it's a sort of soft opening to work out the kinks before they get up and running. I am also told to expect some old faces from Ambition/Calypso perhaps in the future. Overall very happy to have a new, well-run, clean spa in the desert that is KWC!!!
