Ers listings popular in Vancouver- wondering if anyone has tried out for Toronto? How have you found their service and how much for a basic ad? thx~

Don't forget that Vancouver is largely an 'indy' (rather than agency) city, and so boards like ERS are likely to be more popular there than here.
