Wrong. This service also works even when you don't have Internet access. You only switch to VoIP when you have Wifi access. This is basically $19 a month for 200MB of data. It uses VOIP for calls. You can get data cheaper and run your own VOIP program on your cellphone and getter better value for your money.
Probably you should read the Sugar Mobile website a bit more carefully - this phone will work exactly like your Rogers or Bell cellphone.... the only difference being that you can switch to VoIP when wifi is available which btw I can also do on my Rogers/iPhone except that I don't save much money by using VOIP on my Rogers phone. So how would the phone be an issue with booking SPs, I don't get it?If you are not connected to wifi you get 200mb worth of data a month, your voip calls will use up the 200mb of data. I am not implying that this plan is a wifi only plan because if it was a wifi only plan then it would not be a plan, it would be a piece of voip software that you pay $19 a month to use which is retarded.
I think you can get 500mb-1GB of data from bell for like $20 a month, just run a voip program and it would be identical to this sugar plan except you have alot more data available for calls/text/surfing.
I ran into a few agencies that will not allow me to book SPs using VOIP, so I would avoid using this service for a hobby phone even if it was actually good value which it isn't.

That is not at all true lolThis is basically $19 a month for 200MB of data. It uses VOIP for calls. You can get data cheaper and run your own VOIP program on your cellphone and getter better value for your money.
This is so out of date as to not even be funnyI think you can get 500mb-1GB of data from bell for like $20 a month, just run a voip program and it would be identical to this sugar plan except you have alot more data available for calls/text/surfing.
Some SPs block known "fake" numbersSo how would the phone be an issue with booking SPs, I don't get it?
To clarify. That is not at all true lol
The 200MB + 600 minutes is used when not on WiFi
When on WiFi you have unlimited calling
Bell Tablet only plan, aka data only, http://www.bell.ca/Mobility/Cell_phone_plans/Tablet_PC_data_plans#pay_your_tablet_upfrontThis is so out of date as to not even be funny
Good luck with your quest for "$20 data" today
But in that scenario you can't txt as you claimedBell Tablet only plan, aka data only, http://www.bell.ca/Mobility/Cell_phone_plans/Tablet_PC_data_plans#pay_your_tablet_upfront
$20 a month for 1 gb if you buy a tablet from bell, $20 a month for 500mb if you bring your own tablet. You can substitute a phone instead of a tablet.
My VOIP service does text as well as voice. But in that scenario you can't txt as you claimed
You also note they very clearly say no tethering so you can't even hotspot your real phone at same time without being anally raped
The original post you tried to argue was for talk txt & data
Your best reply is a data only plan where you need to pay Bell $500 for a tablet up front? (or byod and get half the data)
But again why bother with 2 (or 3) concurrent servicesMy VOIP service does text as well as voice.
