"Agencies" like this come and go every year. These days anybody with a cell phone and some girls seems to think they can operate an agency. When in reality they have no concept of how to run any kind of business let alone an escort agency. As bloodless has pointed out their vague ads, lack of website and no roaster of any other escorts working seems kinda weak and quite frankly not instilling any confidence in them. Ottawa clients are picky as you can see reading through the pages of terb and won't tolerate this kind of amateur operation. What a way to launch !

It would be hard to me to throw stones at this agency for not having a website on their first day. Hell we had our agency running 6 years and were the best (imho) in town, before we ever had a site. I'm all for competition in this market, to be honest it's good for the industry. It helps the demand and often results in more selection in the market. Keeps guys in Ottawa instead of going to MTL.

It looks like Explore-her might be turning a corner too, so this is also good for the Ottawa Scene.

Seems like there are a few other "micro agencies", it could be worse guys, there could be no selection and then ppl would be complaining about that too.

I did consider that it could be the silly little dude from sugarrush/Ottawa Agency, but I have a pre existing hate on for that group. True they don't need a website but they do need girls, plural not just one, one escort an agency does not make they do need to answer the phone and they do need to live up to their offerings of something better

They've saturated an already competitive market with vague and empty promises offering something different and new, but what is it ? How new and different is it if they are recruiting girls from the same talent pool ?

I have never seen this girl before, so I can't say for sure if she is part of the talent pool in Ottawa or not. But I know of a few agencies that have fairly good reps that occasionally don't answer the phones. WE are one of them, especially when our lines are busy. And I know of a few others as well that are also well known for that, so if someone TOFTT and they suck, then they suck.

All I was saying was I think before we slam all the new kids on the block, maybe remember we all were there at one point. Hey one day we will shut the doors, and hopefully there will others that will fill the void. I hope that some of you guys give them the same courtesy that you gave us when we first started.

Not directly, I really didn't want to advertize the fact that it was a former phone person that most of you guys like that is running the show.

It's a natual thing to happen, we had alot of competition and internal rivalry between the 2 ladies so one left and is doing her own thing. She is obviously using what she learned with us, and will likely be successful. Obviously it worked for Phoebee, as she got her start with us too.

Both Chelsea and Lisa have their own strengths, and weaknesses. And just to come to the defense on Lisa, she is an extremely organized girl. And clients that like her, like her alot. It's true sometimes she can get crusty, she deals with alot of ppl that are not always the nicest but overall she is Super reliable. I've known Lisa for Over 12 years, and she has been with us from the beginning so she knows what it takes to get things organized and there is never any stress when she is on the phones.

Chelsea is very friendly, young and perky. However, she is very new to the phone game, and she hasn't mastered the art of multitasking yet. The result is I get alot of txts from guys saying nobody is answering. (she has a hard time putting ppl on hold and going to the other line). I think time and experience will fix that part of things.

I think it was the right thing for everyone as it was getting a bit too competitive between them. I can't see it going too big just a nice manageble size for her, and there is nothing wrong with that.

An agency is a monster to handle sometimes, it's very stressful, and I can say for sure the market has changed since we started. It's much more competitive, and aggressive.

I do like chelsea alot and she has a good driver to help her out so she should do well.

I think it's been fairly clear that I have been helping temptations get off the ground. It's hard for a new agency to get going in Ottawa. I am having a hard time seeing the bad side of this move.

Originally I was hoping for them to take off, but it seems it takes a while for Ottawa to warm up to something new. So the option was to help out or let them sink. All the while I have been discussing things about Temptations, and I think things have been pretty transparent.

Again, Chelsea has her good points, as you are proving my point why it was a good reason to have them separate. Unlike the situation with Phoebee, Chelsea has stuck around in the circle of things and she helps out with PK when Lisa had some things come up, and vice versa.

If you want to try to put a negative spin on things here, feel free.. But I don't think it's warranted. I think it's safe to say we don't have a great history with each other KP, but right now you looking like you are ready to pick a fight with your own shadow.
