I thought it would be like a WWII game format - a simulation you try to fight/outwit terrorists but this is a simulation of what it was like trapped in the WTC.

How does it qualify as a game ? How do you 'win' ?

Why someone would have to participate in a video simulation to acquire empathy for those trapped in a burning skyscraper such as the two World Trade Center Towers on 9/11 is a WTH moment for me.
