From what I have heard talking to a few Dutch people that the only reasons I would go to Rotterdam is either to get mugged, stabbed or both 
but that does sound like a great idea, I did something like that in Moscow a couple of times, very casual and there is selection. Now about the selection from a country of 16 million people there doesnt seem to be many actual Dutch escorts, as when I travel I love to sample the "local culture" If I wanted EE, I could just save myself the 7 hour flight and 2 passport checks, I hope I am wrong.
