No you cannot. There is no proof of what the contents in the bottles were.... But more importantly, there is no proof your blood / alcohol level was in fact over the legal limit. What 2 beers do to you, may have a different effect on me. Even if its only like .02 difference, that could still be the difference between under the influence, or not.

But take this as a lesson though. Alcohol and driving are never a good thing.

FYI, 95% of the cameras out there are shit for surveillance. Even if it was a high quality PTZ they would not be able to even distinguish if what you were drinking was a can of Arizona ice tea, or a dads root beer.
