I'm a seasonal Floridian and I have been looking for a US site that would give us the same type of info I could get on TERB. Finally, I have found one. Just narrow it down from state to city and you get a slew of threads for that city.
(I don't know if this board's moderators permit promotion of competitor's sites, but I don't really consider it competitor, because they don't touch anything related to Canada)
