Guy's,

I've got to go to Belleville next week and I'm looking for some feedback on a couple of things:

1) Hotel. Preferably near downtown and must have high speed internet.

2) Any suggestions on who to see or what to do ?

3) Decent place to eat ?

Thanks in advance.

The Ramada is nice, not quite downtown, pretty close.

The Clarion inn and suites is right downtown.

There are 2 SCs in Belleville. The Go-go is closer to the highway, maybe 2 KMs from either hotel, it's a little cleaner and caters to a young crowd, more likely to find girls in the audience there.

The other club, called the Cabaret, is closer to the Clarion and the Ramada, (probably walking distance for the Cabaret). It is a little rougher, though not really rough at all.

Monday is wet t-shirt amateur night, it's fun.

As for massage and other services, don't know much about that.

The place to eat, if you like Italian is Linguini's, also very close to the hotels. Or Dinkles if you like "canadian" fair, and there is a reasonable sushi place if that is your kick higher up on Pinnacle.

Good luck.

Dinkles stay away unless you paln to visit your banker it's expensive as in very. Actually if your driving Belleville actually has the only Pondersoda left in North America there isn't much to eat in the downtown area most restruants are up towards the 401 Quinte mall area Hwy # 62. As for sp's
google for proescorts belleville. There is alos a bestwestern uptown towards the 401. hope this helps.

Dinkles is Swiss/French and probably $50+ plus per person plus drinks. Paulos is next door, Italian basically with wood fired oven, and is about 25-30 per person (apps, entree, coffee) plus drinks. Same owner, same kitchen. Earl and Angelos is almost next door to Cabaret and is a steak house.

Cabaret is a dirty, dingy place that is only hanging on by living off its glory days. The staff is useless if not down right surly, they spend more time in the back smoking than working. Getting served can take awhile. The dancers rotate very little and are not particularly great lookng, though things have improved abit lately.

Go-Go as mentioned is a bit busier, the best looking girls tend to be the waitresses. There is no action in the VIP, not quite hands off, but g-strings are not removed.

MP don't know much about, but they are in Trenton (3 actually).
There is a women that is a SP out of her house. Look her up on past Belleville threads. Look for phrases such as over the bridge and relaxation massage or private vacation.

i wouldn't waste your time at the cabaret... it's really gone down hill... the go-go (a.k.a. the boo) has its ups and downs for talent, but can be really good for a small town i've found...

if you were there in the summer, i'd say go south of belleville into prince edward county... great area. None of the tourist stuff would be open now though.

"Sweet Basil" is good place to eat if money is not objective. The main dish is around $30.

Capers has tapa every Friday and Saturday, which is good too.

Toro Sushi has the best tempura IMHO. (I've been to many Japanese reastaurants in different countries).

The indian rastaurant inside Clarion is not bad for a place like Belleville.

Paulo is a OK Italian. The pizza is good, the rest are pretty standard. Its sister restaurant (same owner and kitchen) is pretentious. The food doesn't justify the price.

Bohemian has the best lunch, $7 for a juicy burger and soup.

If you're here this weekend, you can try to pickup girls (in their 40s) in the Romeo and Juliet dance very easily.

i strongly encourage

a trip to Trenton to one of the 3 "Sushi" houses. The one on Elgin is the best IMHO. Well worth the short drive.
