Soulseek is spyware free. But lately my best results have been with Bittorrent. Go to torrentreactor.net and see what you can find.

Contrary to popular belief, all music download sites run some form of spyware. Personally I creat MP3's directly from cd's. The quality is better and I don't have to worry about viruses.
