Need help with tineye

I have tried to use tineye several ways but with no luck. Here is how I'am using it. I copy a pic from the ad which is fine then try to copy / paste it to tineye but I don't get the highlite to copy / paste the ad. Can anyone tell me what I'am doing wrong. Thanks

If Im understanding you correctly, your trying to cut and paste the image in ? which would be wrong, you need to cut and paste in the image url. Not the image itself. To upload an image it must be from your computer.

Paste the URL from the page that has the pic you want to check into the box on Tineye under the heading "Enter image address". Hit enter and you are in business.

I tried Tineye the other day and was not impressed. I gave it a bunch of images I had downloaded from free sites, and it did not recognize any of them from anywhere. Finally I got it to work with an image of Madonna. What percentage of images does it actually find?

4. Click in the section "Enter image address". You can either press the Control and "P" buttons on your keyboard or use your mouse but pushing the right click button and selecting "paste"

I think you mean press "Ctrl + V".
