Need help on Website hosting

I know a fortune teller who can tell one's fortune from your picture and palm print.

He is retired by wouldn't mind doing it on internet. He can't travel and want to keep a low profile.

Question:

How much are we looking at for web-hosting ?
Any suggestions for web-hosting supplier ?
How to design a website?

how the hell do you read palms over the web???? do you have the client stick his/her/its hand in front of a webcam???

Make a palm print on a photocopier then scan it
or take a digital picture and send it.

It can be done and proven accurate

I am asking question on website hosting and some of you guys take it for a spin.

Then I realized the story about the frog its mother accidental laid the eggs into a well. He won't believe the sky is larger than the mouth of the well. Or ask the butterfly how cold it is when snow falls. Well, Thanks cyber, you are the ony one that really try to help. Thanks. Any ideas on web-hosting ?


BTW - about 1000 years ago, One fortune teller by the name of Yuan Tien Kwong )sounds only) has written a book about the future of China. It is called "The picture of pushing someone's back" (Straight translation only) He made 60 predictions about China since Tang Dynasty. It has turn out to be true one by one and in sequence. There area about 16 more predictions to go on this book.

My friend has written a column for 3 years 25 years ago and he had predicted accurately many events about the leaders of China.
Predicted the good and bad years of many famous people and I had personally witnessed many.

I am not promotng his service her, I am just asking for Web-hosting help. So, please don't misinterpret this post.
