Hello everyone,

I'm not sure if this is the right section that I should be posting this thread, so Mod's if it needs to be moved please help out. (Thanks)

The reason for this thread is because I need everyone’s help. As most of you all know I often advertise on a site called: www.craigslist.org it’s a great site, and many people use it.

My problem is there is someone using some well known SP’s pictures on their site. Here is the last post I found this afternoon...

So what I need from you all is... What do I do? He is using girl’s pictures that don't belong to him. I know that some of these girls had to leave the business because of family finding out what they were doing, some have moved on to other agencies... And a few of them still work for 4Play.

Is there a way I can get his website removed completely?

The easiest and best way is to find out who this person's ISP, then send a complaint to them tey will in turn tell the abuser to clean up their act or face being dropped.. From a legal point of view you may not have a leg to stand on here, see the many complained and law suits filed by Celebrities, who have found their unauthorized pictures being posted on the net, also as most know there are litteraly tons of unauthorized pics on the net, ie Voyeur and Exhibionist sites, so I am afraid you may not be able to force this guy to take them down unless the pics are copy righted..

Actually you may have a fight under copyright law. If you can prove the photo's are yours, meaning original files with metadata, you may have a leg to stand on.

However, and I have not checked, you do have to say on YOUR site copyright@XXXX, otherwise...it's open season.

As a photgrapher..nothing I shoot for clients or a porfolio ever goes on the web that I do not want reproduced somewhere. There have been a few instances where people have been successfully prosecuted in the US for copyright infringement. But it's a costly process.

I do however like the idea of listing a tranny for 40 bucks an hour with the same phone number! I'd check to make sure the phone number is even remotely accurate. The web listing services do not check accuracy of information.

Good luck...I feel bad for those that might have been outed to family members.
