NASCAR Fights

I just saw a highlight on sports desk involving a fight between two nascar (or some other similar series) drivers.

My question is what possible damage could these guys do to one another? They are already protected to absorb the impact of 200 mph crashes - What is a punch from a pissed of driver going to do?

Their cars are protected, but you get a good swing to the head connected, it can still hurt.
