I use to go to school with this Italian kid named Lucio, he came over from Italy late and was older than the other kids in the class. He told us that her use to play this game in his village called Pepingule
( do not know how it is pronounced ) The game involved getting a pointy pepper and shaving the skin with a pen knife and slipping it into a donkeys ass. The objective is not to get mule kicked by the donkey. Lucio had no teeth at age 15.

Sounds like it would be pepe in culo, which means pepper in ass. The things kids do when they don't have video games!

However, if he didn't have any teeth left, the rest of his face would have had to be pretty smashed up too. Maybe he was just funnin with you!

He was missing front teeth, I suspect that he was kicked in the face by a donkey. I know another guy that was brought up in Canada and he was also kicked in the face but by a horse. His face was not scared either.
