They were one of the foundations of Canadian rock(not pop or folk). Before them it was only the Guess Who. Myles had a distinctive voice, when an April Wine song was played on the radio you immediately knew who it was. As a person who grew up in the 70's and early 80's they were definitely a part of my playlist. Thanks for the great music, Myles. RIP.

speaking of the Guess Who....one of its founding members Chad Allen died a few days ago.....

Heard them so much on the radio as a child of the 70's and 80's. Good guitar rock. I remember when they sold out 2 nights at the Gardens. Then the next week Bob Seger did 3 nights.
That's alot of denim and Adidas....
