I visited this place on Wed, Nov 26 in the afternoon. After my massage I told them I would be placing a review here and on EDMB.

Decided to check this place out this afternoon. Ads say $30 for 30 minutes. This was accurate.
Gave them a call and was given directions to an apartment building in downtown Oshawa. Used the security code and was given the apartment number and buzzed in.
This is run out of a private two bedroom apartment. First impressions are important, and I can honestly say that the apartment looked very nice. The room that they are using for massage (it could be two rooms - I only saw the one) is nicely decorated and clean. It contained a nice sized massage table, with fresh towels and sheets draped over it. There was also a chair for clothes and a bookcase containing the massage materials.
I took a shower to start - the bathroom is often the easiest way to tell if someplace is clean. The bathtub was clean, and a variety of products (soap, shampoo, etc) were available for use. I finished my shower and used the towel that was provided to dry off. Towels were in good shape as well.
My attendant was named Natasha. Despite what some of you might think, she was not Russian. She was, in fact, of West Indies/East Indian origin, although she speaks English like she grew up in TO. She is about 5'4" with a very nice set of tits. She looked to be in her mid-20's. Although a little heavy, she is actually pretty much in proportion, and I would imagine that she gives a hell of a BS. She has a great personality, and she was easy to talk to. She mentioned that she worked at the old Park Avenue on Simcoe Street before they were closed down.
My massage was OK, with the release also OK. I asked for and received a topless (I had to get a look at those great tits). I probably would have extended and gone for the NR, but since I have been burned in the past, I decided to keep things short for the first trip.
Overall, it was a good trip and I will repeat, probably with Natasha. There was another older woman to whom I was also introduced. She is Canadian, in her 30's and she looked kind of interesting. I may try her sometime in the future.
