I just responded to the information provided by Miss Valentine. I spoke directly with Trish. What a disaster!! It ws 2:20pm and she had the audacity to say she would be in town for 3pm. Yeh, she is in T.O. and will get on the train and be in Ottawa within the hour. Sure.

You know, I am much reviled on this board . That is ok. I stand for demanding top quality for top dollar. For some reason, many of you guys want to berate me for this stance. I do not know why. I am a value for value kind of guy -- I will pay top dollar but you fucking give me top service. This crap I just engaged in regarding Trish is bullshit.

Anyway, maybe you just mis-communicated while on the phone with her. It happens sometimes.
Unless she ws being rude and all high and mighty, I wouldn't read too much into it let it get to you.
It's great to have standards (lord knows mine are at max). I am sure we all (well a lot of us) deserve to have them. But keep in mind that the standards which we hold others too should be shown in our attitude towards them.
