Document what you observe. Keep it factual with specific dates, tenant names and so forth. Send it to building owners.

Sit him down and tell him he is a loser. I went out with a bimbo doorman a couple of summers ago. Great looking guy, but with miniscule substance so i kicked him to the curb! lol!Mr Sinister said:

Address it with building management, citing specific examples with dates where possible. A doorman/concierge is a customer service function, and if he offends you as a resident/owner then he needs to correct his behaviour. You need not confront him directly. Write a letter, explaining the issues, and send it ro your super or condo board.
That's the only way anything will happen. Otherwise the OP could be considered a nutjob with a vendetta. I know that I would never take the word of one person (relative strangers, as would be the case) over another.mac said:

My God In this day and age do we really NEED someone to open a freaking door for us? Have we become that bloody LAZY we can't even open a DOOR!!
Yeah I know its common at high end Hotel's Condo's etc and a sign of "status wealth etc to have a doorman but come one people. Its a DOOR!!!
