What is the general rule for MSOG? Is this an additional seervice to be negotiated/asked first? Assuming you can, do you expect to have MSOG in a 30 mins visit? Or is it a more default thing for an hour visit?

The reason I ask this, if i am full and horny i can't last long, manual emptying pre visit is not attractive to me. So i prefer doing a second action in my visit.

There are only a handful of ladies that allow MSOG within the HH. Usually 1SOG for hh and more for the full hour (generally 2SOG). But be careful with Montreal Girls who advertise 160h, and then ask for more if you want MSOG. Also Asian agencies are the worst when it comes to MSOG upselling: you pay 220h and yet they want you to pay more for MSOG (a real steal). Do as I do, avoid Asian agencies if you want MSOG. As long as I have to pay extra for MSOG I will boycott them.

Personally I think it's ridiculous if you have to pay extra for MSOG since you already paid by the time. This is dishonesty in all its glory. Kuddos for SPs like Nicky (of the other board) for allowing MSOG for any time you book (even hh). Never seen her though.

I don't ask either...but the general unwritten rule is msog is usually included (with the exception of Asian SP's) in sessions longer than 30 mins.

hahaha msog. i am just fucking DONE after that first shot and want to get the hell outta there. i've met the occasional sp i like hanging with, but when i'm done i'm done.......must be getting old...

I always spend my full time that I've paid for and have never had a girl in this day and age pack up her panties after I've come.
Of course I'm not a hh guy so that may be the diff.
Also I really take my time with lots of foreplay and oral so maybe it's all a matter of whether you're a wham bam thank you guy or a slow and steady wins the race guy. I'm lucky these days if I can two shots in anyway to be honest...but I do insist on spending the time paid for doing something.
