I had high cholesterol and did not want to take statins so I chose to take 1 gram of Niacin with breakfast and dinner, and it works for me! Your skin might turn red for half an hour, feel like sunburn.
THC edibles are also effective for getting me into a relaxed state of mind, clearing out the mental chatter, allowing me to be fully in the moment. Luckily for me my favorite is just a ten minute walk from my house. A little wine also helps.
