"k" town
This may be a stupid question, but i'm just wondering if there's any mp's that will give a receipt that may be a RMT. That way I can have the best of both worlds and put it on my benifits. If anyone knows of someone just pm me

There was one Asian MP in town that advertised receipts and it worked for one of the guys.

I'm pretty sure it was in Cambridge in the small strip mall at Hespeler and Eagle

RMT Massage

Any MP giving an RMT receipt, first off if they ARE an RMT face losing their license and a $50, 000 fine from the Massage Board. Second, if they aren't an RMT, they still face a $50, 000 fine and insurance fraud charges. Also, anyone getting a receipt for an erotic massage (RMT or not) can face insurance fraud charges as well.
I'm not saying it's going to happen, just giving the info. It's part of the risk of hobbying if you like MPs but want to claim it. This is why RMTs will not do erotic massage - simply not worth it (from a business standpoint).
Clover if you do find an RMT who will do what you ask, all the better for you!

Happy hobbying!

Lotus Spa in Cambridge use to provide receipts, however, I'm not sure if they still do. They're located at the corner of Hespeler Road & Eagle Street in a small strip mall.

That some guy was me. It worked fine and I was reimbursed twice over for the effort!

Anyhow, my policy does not require it be a RMT that performs the massage maybe that is why they paid up. It only has to be "therapeutic" in nature or acupuncture (No, not when I do the puncturing ;)!).

From what I could see, the receipt never claimed they were RMT so I don't suspect they could get into any trouble with that board as they don't infringe on their domain at all.

If someone wants to claim the income they receive for licensed therapeutic training I cannot see how the government is going to say no to the resulting tax they remit at the end of the year.

lol The 'massage boards' are not the government they are independant (actually a monopoly as they own all the 'legit' massage colleges too and you can't get registered without attending thier college). They are DEAD SET against erotic massage and responsible for much of the by law changes making MP's live harder lately.

No massaage is considered Therapeutic if it's not by a RMT (Registered Massage Therapist) and anyone who's not an RMT using therapist as a designation faces that $50,000 fine as do anyone working in the same clinic.

It's a retarded little law that the Massage Board of Ontario is very happy to prosecute on.

(This information according to a friend of mine who's a Business prof at one of the massage colleges).
