MP - Palace St off Montreal Rd - Opinions/reviews?

hello all,

has anybody had a chance to check out the mp on Palace St off Montreal Rd? Its down a one way street with large neon light sign (drove by yesterday). Considering its just off Montreal Rd, I'm a little concerned about LE activity.
