okay so i got a movie stuck in my head and i can't think of the name of it. best i can say is that it is a bunch of super spies that when they die they go to an island as sort of a retirement and once a day they have to go and scan themselves in. one of the guys escapes. any of you guys or gals know it ? i tried google and got something that it is not.

well i remember the ocean being like crystal blue and there was an old guy that ran the island. there was a bunch of super villians there that the good guy had killed and he had trouble getting along with them cuz he was still thinking they were enemies but they didn't care. they had to scan or something once a day to make sure they are still there. he cut his thumb print off so he could leave it to scan for him and he stole a boat or something.
i can't think of anyone one that was in it. early to mid 90's i am gonna guess and i just put up a bit more of the plot.
I have wondered for a long time which movice someone said "That's entertainment...that's entertainment" It is a VERY old movie, but I cant remember who said it or the title.
