Yes I know a girl who had to take the Morning After and it apparently worked.
The newer Morning Afters such as Plan B works up to 72 hours after the time of conception. Not sure if they sell them in Thailand though.

Did you at least let the lady know it broke? She could have taken the necessary precautions to avoid the pregnancy.

I honestly wouldn't worry about it too much, seeing how she is an escort she's probably on some sort of birth control.

The morning-after pill is a hormone pill (basically a really high dosage of birth control.) It stops a woman's ovaries from releasing eggs, stops fertilization and stops fertilized eggs from attaching to the walls of the uterus.

In Ontario (and Quebec...not sure about other provinces), it is available over-the-counter at most pharmacies. You just have to ask the pharmacist, as it's kept behind the counter. No idea about Thailand though....

There is a 72-hour window in which it can be taken.

And yes, it works....although tends to cause highly unpleasant nausea.

72 hours to take the pills (2 high dose birth control pills). The earlier you take it, the more effective it is at preventing pregnancy.

I'm not sure how to interpret that--a lot of couples would love to have a 40% chance of pregnancy after 3 days!

The actual risk of pregnancy has to be lower than that because even without a pill pregnancy is something you sometimes have to work at.

my only experience with the plan b pill worked 100%.
