Curious as to what the members think. If you know a service provider, who you know for a fact is HIV positive, is it your responsibility to make that fact known to other members? Or do you respect her privacy and let her continue to ply her trade?

If she knew about you, she would report you to the local health region. You should do the same. If someone has something that serious, they will need help.

Exactly. Reporting things like this on here is pretty dumb, because it will be deleted... to many people unfortunately looking for revenge tell lies.

Report it to your local health authority and they will do the proper investigation.

Good point. Plus who knows what privacy laws you'd be breaking by publicizing a name on a public forum.
