Montreal scam

I am posting in ottawa section because I know many of you visit Montreal because of proximity.

The scam artists at http://www.stephanieamour.com/ stole my site http://www.ambermoonxxx.com/ I contacted host and had it removed. Guess what it's back with a new host. Of course, I contacted them. I'm getting fed up with this cat and mouse game. Perhaps, someone here can help or put me in contact with someone that can prevent the hot link isssue? I normally do my site myself with dreamweaver but my skills are limited.

This scam artists advertise on craigslist with different names and web sites.

All seem to have this phone # in common 514-746-5386 so run, run away fast if you see this number.

Other web sites they use- most are down, gee, wonder why.

I am glad that you are getting the issue resolved, even if it's annoying. Just keep your head up. You will get through it. And hopefully your admirer will catch on....

Simple solution:

Say they are using your pic which has a file name of hotbod01.jpg.

Rename that file to something else (hotbod02.jpg) and update your site so that wherever that pic is used in your site you use only the *new* file name (hotbod02.jpg) .

Now grab a picture of a fat pimply old slag (imagefap.com might be a good place to look) and upload it to your site but give it the original file name that the scammers are using (hotbod01.jpg or whatever it is).

Now you've still got your own nice pic on your site but the scammer site is still pulling in hotbod01.jpg which happens to be the granny pic. Eventually they might catch on and update the file name but it will probably be days or weeks before they notice and it's unlikely they'll want to risk having it change again.
