I truly believe that Toronto delis don't smoke/cure their meat like in Montreal restaurants ( with the exception of Centre Street Deli in Thornhill). Maybe you don't want to order medium fat, you'll end up with a fat ass like mine. Enjoy, Ahri ! ( BTW you have a great ass in your avatarSo I had this and it was amazing!!! I’ll definitely get it again one more time before I head back to Toronto
Yea the views alone in MTL are absolutely to die forOld Montreal is fun and beautiful, not sure if the big Ferris wheel is still open. If not there are plenty places from which you can get a good view of the city.
speaking of that, Mont-Royal lookout gives you one of the best views in the city.
L’oeufrier is a good inexpensive breakfast place.
Laurier is the stop on the Orange line for St Viateur.St-Viateur Bagel Shop

Defining the art of bagel making since 1957 - St-Viateur Bagel
The legendary St-Viateur Bagel Shop is located in a multi-cultural neighborhood in Montréal. It is truly one of Montréal’s landmarks and has been immortalized in numerous paintings, in films and in books.www.stviateurbagel.com
Get fresh bagels warm from the oven. The store might still be open 24 hours a day. Almost directly across the street is the Arahova Greek restaurant; the souvlaki on a pita is probably still great. Both near the corner of Ave du Parc and St-Viateur Ouest.
I don't know the nearest Metro station, but it's probably on the Orange line, south of Jean Talon, very likely Beaubien:

If you are doing farmer's markets, go Jean Talon over Atwater. If you like food, farmers markets etc, great stuff at both Atwater Market and Jean Talon Market in little Italy. Also obvious old Montreal area.
The Mountain for the views - as suggested.Hi there! Me and my girlfriends are planning a Montreal trip and was wondering if you guys have suggestions for things to do and see.
Most of us has not been to Montreal in quite a long time and two of the girls going has never been there.
please keep your suggestions budget friendly as the girls I am going with just graduated university and don’t have their full time career yet (they also don’t know I work this job on the side)
so far all we have planned is getting some Montreal deli and bagels
Thanks all!
