She (or someone) did respond to me. The response requests a bunch of info, including a picture of YOU before she would make a "first date". She says she requires that for her "safety" and will destroy the electronic photo after she meets you the first time.

That requirement is a non-starter for me so no arrangement to get together was ever made.
